WorthPilot ("we", "our", "us") is a personal finance app operated by an individual developer. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that data.

2. Data You Enter

All financial data you enter — transactions, accounts, budgets, and categories — is stored locally on your device. If you sign in and enable cloud sync (Pro plan), this data is also stored on Supabase servers located in the United States.

3. Account Data

If you create an account, we store your email address and a unique user identifier. We do not collect your name, phone number, or payment card details.

4. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policy:

• Supabase (supabase.com/privacy) — cloud database and authentication for Pro users
• Google Firebase (policies.google.com/privacy) — crash reporting and anonymised analytics
• RevenueCat (revenuecat.com/privacy) — in-app purchase management
• Google Play / Apple App Store — payment processing; we never receive your payment card details

5. Analytics

We collect anonymised usage events (screen views, feature usage) via Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used and improve it. No personally identifiable information is included in these events.

6. Data Retention

Your local data stays on your device until you uninstall the app. Cloud data is retained while your account is active. You may delete your account and all associated cloud data at any time by contacting us through the app.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties, except the service providers listed in Section 4 as required to operate the app.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at the address below.

9. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
