1. Acceptance

By downloading or using WorthPilot you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not download or use the app.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use WorthPilot for your own personal financial tracking. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the app.

3. No Financial Advice

WorthPilot is a personal tracking tool only. Nothing in the app constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

4. Subscriptions and Purchases

Plus is a one-time purchase with no expiry date. Pro is a subscription that renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Cancellations and refunds for purchases made through Google Play or the Apple App Store are governed by their respective policies. We do not process refunds directly.

5. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Notify us immediately through the app if you suspect any unauthorised access.

6. Prohibited Use

You may not use WorthPilot to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Infringe the rights of any third party
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the operation of the service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including loss of data or financial loss.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is located, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
